If you are experiencing communication or transaction delays, please accept our sincere apologies.  As a result of the recent transition of IRAs from Quest Trust Company and NuView Trust Company, Inspira Financial is undergoing significant account integration activities and, as a result, we are experiencing an increase in call volumes, a backlog in processing certain transactions, and a disruption of certain technology features.  Please know we are receiving your messages and are working promptly to remedy the situation for all accountholders, including prioritizing those with urgent pending transaction dates. We appreciate your patience and value our relationship.

When did my account transfer to Inspira?
Inspira became the successor custodian of your account on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2024, as noted within the resignation letter mailed to each accountholder using the address on file.
Did the terms and conditions of my account change?
Yes. As part of the transition of your account to Inspira, your custodial agreement with QTC will terminate, and a new custodial agreement with Inspira will govern your account. This new custodial agreement, and important disclosures if applicable, was included in the resignation letter you received regarding the transition and are also available to download here.
Are there any additional or changed fees associated with this transfer?
There are no additional fees associated with the transfer of your account to Inspira, and your current fee structure will not change at this time.
Did this transfer affect my investments and funds?

The transfer did not impact your investments or funds. All existing investments held under Quest have been maintained as they were, with no action needed on your part.

Assets were not retitled, but all assets purchased or transferred after the Sept. 3, 2024, transition date need to be titled in the name of Inspira Financial Trust, LLC as custodian.

Did my online experience and login credentials change?
Yes, you will use the Inspira platform to access and manage your account. You can login into your new client experience here.
Did banking delivery instructions change?
Yes, as part of your account moving to Inspira, there are new banking delivery instructions for checks, ACHs, and wires. It is important that you update your records accordingly and communicate these changes to any third parties, such as tenants and borrowers, that make payments to your account. Please inform them of the updated instructions as soon as you can to ensure a smooth transition. Download Inspira Delivery Instructions.
Did my designated beneficiary remain as noted on my account(s)?
Yes, your designated beneficiary as authorized on your account with QTC will continue to be honored by Inspira. Please closely review all beneficiary information and make updates, as necessary. To review your beneficiary, log in to your Inspira account online, and click on “Account Details” in the banner at the top of the page. For each account, you can click "Select Account” to see beneficiary information under “Related Parties.” To add or update the beneficiary information on any of your accounts, please complete and submit a “IRA beneficiary form” here.
