If you are experiencing communication or transaction delays, please accept our sincere apologies.  As a result of the recent transition of IRAs from Quest Trust Company and NuView Trust Company, Inspira Financial is undergoing significant account integration activities and, as a result, we are experiencing an increase in call volumes, a backlog in processing certain transactions, and a disruption of certain technology features.  Please know we are receiving your messages and are working promptly to remedy the situation for all accountholders, including prioritizing those with urgent pending transaction dates. We appreciate your patience and value our relationship.

Will banking delivery instructions need to be updated?
Yes, when your account moves to Inspira, there will be new banking delivery instructions for checks, ACHs, and wires. This change is effective on the transfer date, Nov. 1, 2024, and will provide a more streamlined and efficient experience for your deposits. It is important that you update your records accordingly and communicate these changes to any third parties, such as tenants and borrowers, that make payments to your account. Please inform them of the updated instructions as soon as you can to ensure a smooth transition. Download the updated Delivery Instructions.
When will my account transfer to Inspira?
Inspira will become the successor custodian of your account on Friday, Nov. 1, 2024, as noted within the resignation letter mailed to each accountholder using the address on file.
Will the terms and conditions of my account change?
Yes. As part of the transition of your account to Inspira, your custodial agreement with NuView will terminate, and a new custodial agreement with Inspira will govern your account. This new custodial agreement, and important disclosures if applicable, was included in the notice you received regarding the transition and are also available below.
Are there any additional or changed fees associated with this transfer?
There are no additional fees associated with the transfer of your account to Inspira, and your current fee structure will not change at this time.
How will this transfer affect my investments and funds?

This transfer will not impact your investments or funds. All existing investments will be maintained as they are currently, with no further action needed on your part.

Assets will not be retitled, but all assets purchased or transferred after the Nov. 1, 2024, transition date will need to be titled in the name of Inspira Financial Trust, LLC as custodian. Download titling instructions.

Do I need to take action to ensure my account transfers to Inspira?
No, there are no immediate actions required from you to move your account to Inspira on Nov. 1, 2024. We will take care of everything to make the transfer as seamless as possible.
What changes can I expect with this transfer?
There are no changes to your experience and service at this time, but as of Nov. 1, 2024, you will see the Inspira brand within your online portal and across all communications. It’s also important to note that while some forms may still refer to NuView and/or South Dakota law, rest assured that Inspira will be the custodian, and your account will be governed by Illinois law.
What does it mean that my custodial agreement is governed by Illinois law instead of South Dakota law and how does this affect my account?
Most aspects of IRAs are governed by federal law. However, since Inspira Financial Trust, LLC is an Illinois trust company, your custodial agreement will be governed by Illinois law effective as of the transition date, Nov. 1, 2024. Your custodial agreement outlines Inspira’s, as custodian of your IRA, responsibilities to you as an accountholder as well as your responsibilities to Inspira.
Will my online experience and login credentials change?
During this transition time, you will continue to access your account as you always have with no change to your login experience, username, or password. Log in to your account
